Saturnhead, California is a place where music plays and bedroom bound, pop obsessed romantics sing about their wide-eyed suburban dreams.

Who is Saturnhead?

Terry Miles, with a little help from his trusty four-track, writes, records and produces the entire Saturnhead experience. Saturnhead live consists of Terry Miles (vocals, lead guitar), Kevin Cooper (vocals, bass), Greg "Rockdonald" Macdonald (vocals, drums) and Scott Walker (keyboards).

How they got started:

Saturnhead formed in 1996, after singer/songwriter Miles abandoned his former power-pop group Cinnamon, for the more alternative, up-beat lo-fidelity sound that typifies 60's era British pop. Miles wrote and recorded it all in his one bedroom apartment, as a direct signed reaction against the polished studio demo rigmarole that bands have to go through to get to some "clueless major label."

What they do:

Their latest compact disc, "Saturnhead, California" is a 22-track collection of fresh and unconventional pop tunes with the most melodic hooks you'll hear in a long time.

Where are they based?

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Quote from Terry Miles:

"I will be making music and putting it out forever, because it seems so important to do so.  Since I do all the writing and playing myself, I always know what it's supposed to be like, and I get it as close as possible with the resources I have."
